Power Outages and Public Safety Power Shut-Offs (PSPS)

MAKE SURE THE CONTACT INFORMATION YOUR UTILITY HAS FOR YOU IS CURRENT!

If you see a downed wire, call 9-1-1.

-       Utilities may de-energize their power transmission lines when fire danger is extreme, so that their equipment does not cause or contribute to wildfire. To learn more about how you may be notified (including for people who depend on electricity for medical equipment or to keep medications cold) and how long this type of outage could last, please check with your power company, e.g. Consumer's Power, Inc. (CPI) or Pacific Power (PacifiCorp) (7/14/2024)
